Shipping Mailing Policy

Turnaround

Training textbook(s) will be shipped from our facility within 2 to 3 business days via USPS after the learner's registration is processed and accepted. If on a payment plan texts are shipped the same as above but on an as-need basis and the learner must request their book(s) via email to administrator@travelagentcampus.com

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If a book goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A refund will be provided if the conditions of this statement are met. The refund will consist of the total amount received by TAC, minus the retail price of any text materials mailed by TAC to the learner plus any associated shipping. A refund will only be authorized providing that TAC receives Notice of Cancellation by email (administrator@TravelAgentCampus.com) prior to midnight of the 3rd day after the learner receives notice of acceptance from TAC (receives welcome email/letter). All written and text materials that have been mailed become the property of the learner (no refunds for books or shipping). When a learner gives Notice of Cancellation after the 3rd day, no refund will be given. You will receive a refund of all monies paid if you are not accepted as a learner (a notice will be sent by TAC). If the learner is on an in-house payment plan and cancels their plan, the learner is still fully obligated to pay the entire balance if the notice of Cancellation is after the 3rd day. Collection efforts are initiated for any balanced owed if the learner does not make an acceptable arrangement to pay their balance. No exceptions are made.
