Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If a book goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If this agreement has been accepted by TAC and learner, and any payment is received in advance of course, a refund will be provided if the conditions of this agreement are met. The refund will consist of the total amount received by TAC, minus the retail price of any text materials mailed by TAC to the learner. A refund will only be authorized providing that TAC receives Notice of Cancellation by email (administrator@TravelAgentCampus.com) prior to midnight of the 3rd business day after the learner receives notice of acceptance from TAC. All written and text materials that have been mailed become the property of the learner. When a learner gives Notice of Cancellation after the 3rd day, no refund will be given. You will receive a refund of all monies paid if you are not accepted as a learner.
